Operating Theatres
New Hall Hospital has a theatre complex comprising of three
operating theatres. Two have laminar air flow.
The theatres are equipped for a wide range of surgery, including
minimal access procedures. They are available for routine and
emergency surgery and have 24 hour cover.
Our on-site decontamination facilities have been recently
upgraded to met the new Department of Health Regulations.
Wards
New Hall Hospital has 22 en-suite rooms, digital
televisions and telephones. We have dedicated, highly
qualified staff experienced in a wide range of specialities.
Prior to admission into hospital your patients will be advised
as to how they can help prevent infection and if required, be
screened for MRSA via the Pre-operative Assessment Service.
Cleanliness and preventing infection is a key part of delivering
good clinical care. At New Hall Hospital we start with the basics,
ensuring our housekeeping staff are well trained and have the best
tools for the job to ensure patient rooms and all areas of our
hospital are clean and dust free and this is personally overseen by
our Ward Manager and Support Services Manager.
Visiting times are between: 9.00am to 1.30pm
and 3.30pm to 9.00pm.
