New Hall Hospital staff are friendly, kind, informed, efficient and supportive. I felt well cared for before, during and after my operation. When attending appointments they have either been on time or I have been seen early - they certainly managed the stress I was feeling before the operation in a very kind but informed way.

All ok apart from incident where possible heart condition indentified at pre-op assessment in August 2023 was not followed up or shown to anethetist until the day of the operation on 1st Sept 2023 (I think). Surgery was then postponed until 3rd January 2024 to allow for echo cardiogram.

New Hall was very good. Very minor problems were Painkiller distribution was a little slow and needed prompting and TV remote did not work.

During shift change it sometimes took a long time for someone to appear even when the red bell was pressed - food and menu were also very disappointing for a private hospital

Generally good with just a couple of small glitches.On arrival ,the receptionist was unaware that the operation had been paid for in full over a month beforehand. During the operation itself a nurse had to leave in order to obtain a couple of items that were not “ in stock “ in the room itself - and had to compromise with one item where the optimum size was not to be found anywhere.
