Dermal fillers
Hyauronic acid (HA) exisits in all living organisms helping to
bind water in the skin. Young skin contains an abundance of HA
creating volume and fullness, but as the body ages the ability of
the skin to synthesise HA decreases. The skin loses its youthful
fullness appearing lined and wrinkled.
HA treatments come in a clear crystal injectable gel designed
and tailored to meet specific needs and demands including smmothing
fine and medium depth wrinkles, sculpting lips and shaping facial
contours. TA small amount of filler is injected into the dermis. We
use a topical anaesthetic to minimise discomfort. Redness and
swelling may occur after treatment but will typically disappear
within 48 hours.
The results can last for up to six months depending on the
structure of the induvidual's skin, lifestyle and age.
