Mr Haq's practise includes general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, glaucoma and ocular surface disease. He also has subspecialist expertise in managing all eyelid conditions from periocular lumps and bumps, droopy eyelids and eyelid malposition surgery to complex eyelid reconstruction following treatment following tumour excision. In addition, he has expertise lacrimal disease including stent insertion, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy surgery and orbital surgery.

Academic Background
Mr Haq graduated from University of LeedsSchool of Medicine in 2000. He completed his Ophthalmic training in London and the East Midlands before two years Fellowship training in Leicester in Lid, Lacrimal and Orbital surgery. He was awarded the Master of Public Health degree from the Nuffield Institute of Health in 2003 following completion of a research project in Peshawar North-West Frontier of Pakistan examining the impact of a Vitamin A supplementation programme. Mr Haq maintains an interest in global preventable blindness and performs charity work in Cambodia.
