Back and Spinal Care
Back pain is a very common problem that most people experience at some point in their life. As well as severe pain, spinal problems often also lead to reduced movement. They can be due to a number of reasons, ranging from fractures and infection to degenerative disc disease, curvature of the spine and spinal tumours.
At New Hall Hospital our spinal surgeons work within a comprehensive multidisciplinary team including: specialist consultant radiologists, pain medicine consultants, rehabilitation doctors, spinal consultant anaesthetists, specialist spinal nurses and physiotherapists to deliver effective spinal treatments for all of our patients with persistent back pain.
We provide a specialist service for the diagnosis, pain management, treatment and rehabilitation of spinal problems including: spinal injuries, disc prolapse, back pain, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, decompression, deformity and tumours.
We aim to offer pain relief and improved mobility for you by stabilising the spine and relieving pressure on the spinal cord and its components so that you can get back to normal life as quickly as possible.
